How do we work

Make Enquiry online via Facebook or call us. If the dates are free, we will send a quote, terms and conditions and list of documentation you will need to bring on the day of hire

Once you accept the quote, we will send you an invoice for the non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total booking cost, including any extras chosen (Payment via Bank transfer) .

Confirmation of booking will be send to you. Balance of booking is due no later than 28 days prior to start date of the hire.
A security deposit of £1000 is required on or before collection day.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy. Please note that these rules are only for Covid cancellations, our usual terms and conditions apply for any other cancellations. If your trip cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can cancel under these conditions free of charge.
You will receive the 75% back and the remaining 25% will be refunded in the form of voucher which is redeemable against a new booking (subject to availability). If your new booking costs more than your original booking, you will need to pay the difference.
You can decide on new dates that works for you, this way your trip can continue without losing any of what you have paid. You have rights to cancel and not to continue with the booking, then the administration fee of £100 will be retained and the rest of your booking fee refunded.
Frequently asked questions
1What’s the minimum period I can rent a motorhome for?
The minimum rental period is 3 nights. In high season the minimum period is 7 nights, however we are flexible depending on availability
2Who can drive the motorhomes?
Anyone between the ages of 25-75 with 2 years driving experience and a clean licence (6 minor points). Standard driving licence B is required.
3What time can I collect my motorhome?
Vehicles are available for collection from 3pm and must be returned for 11am unless different terms agreed.
4Can I view MH firs before I book?
Of course you can. Please call our office if you wish to view a vehicle as it might be out on hire. Viewings must take place at our address, where MH is parked.
5Can I take the Motorhome abroad?
Yes you can take our motor home to Europe/Ireland, although prior notice must be authorized before your date of travel. An additional fee will be charged to cover green cards and additional insurance costs
